Scope of work

• Exterior Washes:
  • Wash and Go: A basic exterior wash using high-pressure water and eco-friendly cleaning products.
  • Deluxe Wash: An express wash plus a hand-drying, tire shine, and rim cleaning.
  • Premium Wash: A deluxe wash plus a protective wax application and exterior detailing.
• Interior Cleaning:
  • Basic Cleaning: Vacuuming of the interior, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning of the windows
  • Complete Cleaning: Basic cleaning plus shampooing of carpets and upholstery, and deep cleaning of the dashboard and air vents.
• Waxing and Polishing:
  • Wax Application: Application of a protective wax layer to the exterior of the vehicle.
  • Polishing: A deep cleaning and polishing of the paint to restore its shine and protect it from damage.
• Additional Services:
  • Engine Wash: A deep cleaning of the engine bay to remove dirt and grime.
  • Odor Removal: Elimination of unpleasant odors from the interior of the vehicle.

1. Damage:

Any claims for damage or unsatisfactory service must be made prior to exiting the premises. We are not responsible for any damage to you or your vehicle that may occur while your vehicle is being vacuumed or washed or you are otherwise on our premises or using our facilities, and by using our facilities you assume all risks inherent in a car wash. Without limiting the foregoing, we are not responsible for any damage related to pre‐existing conditions (tears, scratches, dents, stains, odors, etc.) or accessories and components (automated windshield wiper systems, wiper blades, rear window wipers, loose interior trim or exterior moldings, exterior mirrors, trailer hitch caps, roof racks, power antennas, insignias, aftermarket accessories, magnetic signage, running boards, hood ornaments, or alloy, chrome or mag wheels, headlights, rear lamps, or reflectors, etc.). We are only responsible for damage that is directly caused by our equipment while your vehicle is being washed, so long as the damage (i) does not involve a pre-existing condition, accessory or component of your vehicle, (ii) does not arise out of your negligence or misconduct, or (iii) is not caused directly or indirectly by another customer’s actions.

2. Limit of Liability:

Our entire liability for providing services is limited to the invoice amount for the service we provide, except for any damage that directly results from our equipment while your vehicle is being washed so long as the damage (i) does not involve a pre-existing condition, accessory or component of your vehicle, (ii) does not arise out of your negligence or misconduct, or (iii) is not caused directly or indirectly by another customer’s actions. Further, we will not pay for your litigation costs or attorney’s fees in any claim or lawsuit against us, and we will seek reimbursement of our litigation costs and attorney’s fees should we prevail in any such claim or lawsuit.

3. Repair Policy:

Should your vehicle suffer damage directly caused by our equipment while your vehicle is being washed, so long as the damage (i) does not involve a pre-existing condition, accessory or component of your vehicle, (ii) does not arise out of your negligence or misconduct, or (ii) is not caused directly or indirectly by another customer’s actions, we will provide you with the contact information of a reputable auto body shop to have an estimate prepared and to repair the damage for which we agree we are responsible. Should you choose to obtain an estimate or repairs from a different body shop, we reserve the right to reimburse you only for the reasonable cost of the repairs for which we agree we are responsible.
